DJ Chad McMeen is a proud member of the American
Disc Jockey Association and routinely meets with other music professionals
to discuss thoughts and new ideas. Our Photographers also interact
with local trade professionals to stay current on techniques and to exchange
ideas.

ARE WE GUARANTEED THE DJ OF OUR CHOICE ON THE DAY OF OUR EVENT?

A written contract
with your specific entertainer guarantees you will have no surprises on the
day of your event. It is a good idea to put an initial payment down as soon
as you find the person you prefer. Reputable DJ's will often be booked a
year or more in advance on "peak" days.

puts everything in writing and also offers you the opportunity to meet your
entertainer or photographer before making a decision.

HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?

Experience brings
knowledge of common problems and situations. Be sure your DJ / Photographer has experience
with your type of event. Providing services at a Teen Party or residential
event is very different
than coordinating the details involved in a wedding.

Chad McMeen has been a professional disc jockey since 1992 and has
entertained more than 450 events. He has been a photojournalist for
the Marine Corps since 1996 and his work has been printed in national
magazines as well as the Los Angeles Times and Washington Post. Our
subcontractors are hand selected and personally trained before providing

HOW WILL YOU BE DRESSED?
|
| |
Proper attire
reflects a positive image to your guests.
|
| |
Music and Memories DJ
staff will come dressed in a tuxedo unless you
request otherwise. Photographers will dress appropriately for your
event and the attire will be adjusted depending on the weather. There
is often no reprieve from the South Carolina summer heat and the safety of
our personnel is just as important to us as the result of their services.

HOW EARLY WILL YOU BE TO OUR SITE TO SET UP? (DJ specific)

An average of sixty
minutes should be allowed for set up and sound check. Normally there is no
additional charge for this service.
|

Music and Memories
prefer to arrive early so music can begin as soon as the first guest enters
your party. Early arrival also allows us to perform a sound check and
prepare for your special day.

WILL YOU ALLOW REQUESTS? (DJ specific)

Requests should be
welcome. If a song seems inappropriate, a good DJ will explain the reason
and ask for an alternative selection.
